Cathy Howell called & broke 3 major FDCPA (Fair debt collection practices act) I know this because I have been a bill collector for 10yrs with the same company. I am down right angry that because most people don't know the laws that collectors like cathy howell & her company "Diversifed" are allowed to get away with breaking it!!!

They also contacted me two days ago and are still calling me asking me for my credit card info cause I owe on my car, but my car has been paid off 3 years ago and I have the title for it. I hate scammers
