Mr. Tittle strikes again! Calls my office once a week. I finally gave in and called me back. Ran through his whole story, gave me my account details, etc. to which I replied yes I know you'll have all of it because my account was hacked, and I already resolved things with my bank and that he is going after the wrong person. He started talking down to me saying how can I be an auditor and then turn around and steal from a payday loan company. I said it's interesting since payday loans are illegal in NJ (I even tried filling out a form just to see and it told me they couldn't process my loan due to my state of residence, so there's that little fact). He's a douche and a bully. I have spoken to my company's legal attorney and he said it's a fraudulent call, and unfortunately nothing can be done until any physical evidence of tampering with my account or any formal communication is sent. So, I guess me and old Tittle will spar once again.

I have been getting calls from him too, he called my mother in law and my sister and my work before i finally called him back. He said i two pay day loans that i never paid back and i was being investigated for fraud. When i questioned who the loans were from he gave me two names and said the names could have been different as pay day lenders chande names all the time. He got tired of me and put me on the phone with a woman who he said was gis boss. I think she said her name was Mrs. Robbins. She said the loans where from over six years ago.
