First off, let me start by saying that the BBB shows list this number as a "bicycle retailer". Which is obviously not true. I couldn't tell if it was a recording or a real person, but I would say recording since their answers were basic and there were large pauses between responses. I didn't hang on the line long enough to waste my time or get more details.
These people called my phone repeatedly, one right after another, until I picked up the phone. Harassment.
Then they proceeded to say they are calling because they received details that me or someone in my home have hearing issues. This is not true.
Then they kept acting as if I couldn't hear them - "Can you hear me?" Which would most likely confuse and scam an older person who actually may have hearing issues. SCAM.
I tried to call them back and nothing happens. No ringing, no answer, and if you use *67, your call just gets flushed.
