Called asking for a gal who doesn't work for me. Then wanted to speak with the person in charge of marketing about providing us with high-qualified sales leads. Told the guy the policy is that we don't do business with cold-calls and they were now permanently blacklisted. He gave some song and dance how we've been using them for years now and the gal he had asked for had spoken with him many times. He got potty-mouthed when I told him he was a flat-out liar and his BS was being reported online.
