I got a call being threatened by irs in Chicago threating to have local police department arrest me they said they sent me a letter but I haven't received anything the number that called me is 773-269-3246 but they answered then I tried calling back but no answer
Got a call from this number about an hour back - the caller left a message exactly what Richard mentioned (seems like in recoded voice). I am sick of these stupid callers - lately they have been proliferating like a cancer.
Have received 41 calls from all different numbers--- including this one several times daily, since September 26th. This number left two voicemail's yesterday and two so far today about being from the IRS and have 4 cases against me and the local law enforcement will be coming to pick me up if I don't call them immediately. One voicemail was from an actual 'chief of police' and I need to contact his department immediately in regards to the cases against me with the IRS.. if I didn't call back as soon as I received the message the only thing they could do is "wish me good luck."
