Margaret from ICS called and asked for a person with my same last name and no one that I knew (not a family member) ... nor that ever lived with me and she threatened me to give her the updated contact numbers for this person? or would keep on calling ...all hours of the night. VERY RUDE and threatening. I asked to be taken off their call list and she laughed and said no and hung up. They continued to call after 11pm as well that evening.
This call/number is a scam pretending to be a debt collector who receives your information via a third party and attempts to collect, whether or not you actually owe money. No identifying company on caller ID, just a number.
