It was a recorded message telling me I am being investigated for tax fraud and a warrant has been put out for my arrest. I called it back, got some guy on the line who could barely speak English. He got a big piece of me before he hung up.
Just got a call from this number telling me I had tax fraud, and a warrant for the year 2012, I told him he was a scammer and I was going to give the police his number he hung up on me twice, he was foreign and could barley speak English, don't fall for this scam, I will be blocking this number.
Also received a call about an warrant for my arrest for my 2012 taxes. They hung up once I said I believe this is a fraud.
And they could not even speak good English.
They are attempting tax fraud. Do not give them any information. The joke of it is that I tried to alert the IRS that they were masquerading as Treasury officials, and I can't reach anyone. The IRS wants me to submit a form. Way to go government bureaucracy.
