•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
Same call from this fake IRS computer voice mail saying it was my final and I was being sued this number is a spoof phone number the IRS never calls they send notices out a lot off them.i just went on the IRS web site and saw a thing about this IRS scam or if u are un sure call your local police this was just in the news paper about this scam where tell people you will go jail if u don't pay and the cops will come to your house not true they from over sea in a call center.

Yep! I got two calls! Same thing!....they were going to sue me and this was my final notice!! You are right.....IRS does not leave voice mails.........
