This is the exact same number that contacted myself and called my home and said that the IRS is coming to my home to arrest me and that I need to pay them $4700.00 and demanded that I get the money now or else they would send the police. I hope these people are caught ASAP!!!! The guy impersonates an officer with the IRS and then states his name is Pristen Turner Assistant to attorney Jay Harris and also a woman named Barbara Lynne Lucas would accept my money gram and to send the money immediately or the police will be sent to my home to arrest me. These are the numbers they call from 773-312-4765 and 202-770-4120

Just got the same call guy said I owed $2800 to the IRS and the he was sending officers to arrest me. Said his name was steve parker then he switched it to steve martin. I had my wife call back and a woman answered mumbled the name of the company and said may I help you. Obviously some type of scam to collect more info on you.
Similar fraud call--claiming a case was filed against me. I've been getting a number of weird calls, so if you have been experiencing similar calls, you are likely on a call list so you can expect more.
Be suspicious & check your caller origins before pressing the "panic button"! I've also been getting phony IRS calls and also credit-card collection calls. Except...I know I don't owe anyone anything, so it's easy for me to spot these con-artists. I hope this information helps some other poor souls not get victimized. :)
I got a call form the same number half an hour ago, she said I owed 2012 taxes, and the police was coming in 45 minutes to my house to arrest me. She wanted to know if I self prepared my taxes or an account prepare the taxes for me.
I have received 2 messages saying I have charges of fraud against me and need to call them back to settle it before it goes to federal court or I get arrested.
