This  is  just 1 of the many many numbers this idiot uses daily from 773 area code.Same call ,different numbers.A loser by the name of "joe",claiming he is some "hearing administrator".Then says "can you hear me"?  I just hung up,and have to DAILY block the various unknown numbers from 773.Can't something be done about this poor excuse for a man?? You'd think he would want more from his pathetic life than to be a lonely worthless harasser!
