Scam! This is a company I've never heard of. They told me I took out a payday loan online for $300 and it was deposited into my bank account and they are filing a lawsuit against me. She had some of my personal information correct but I didn't confirm it. I've never taken out any payday loans or heard of this company. Do not answer this number!
Called back and voice mail said 'Hinkle office of CSI'?
I called this business back again and they stated that their Caller ID should not come up as "Interactive Sol" but the number is theirs.
This looks to be another illegal telemarketer scam for solar installation that is spoofing CID's with a different business phone number and sometimes their info.
I had phone calls before showing CID for Home Depot's phone number and name, but it wasn't them. The telemarketer tried to claim that because I had business with Home Depot, they were an authorized 3rd party vendor allowed to use Home Depot's customer list and phone ID. NOT TRUE, according to Home Depot. NO 3rd party vendor has permission, nor access, to their customer list nor their phone ID.
What tipped me off? I haven't dealt with Home Depot in over 10 years.
