This is probably a Debt Scammer. They want to pay money you can't afford on a debt that does not exist. Block and ignore. They will lie, threaten and harass you, and the best way to beat that is to NOT talk to them. If you owe money to a legal debt collector, you would be notified by US Mail. Not a phone call, not an e-mail or a fax. Phone calls, e-emails and faxes are not legal forms of notification.
There is no summons, no warrant for your arrest. No one is on the way to your house or your job to take you to court or jail.

This # called me as well and then called my boss. Saying I took out a payday loan and never paid it back. They had legitimate personal information that is 5 years old. Super scary to have people out there stalking my personal information for financial gain. If I hadn't done my research, i would have paid them the stupid amount they were claiming i owed. Hide your personal information in any way shape or form.
