called cell phone on 4/15/2016 at 1:51 pm don't have a clue and i don't answer . i call the number because my i.d. was stolen from  21st century onocology and the putnam county medical center in palatka fl. gave my info to them . i have never been to this bunch and i am getting all kinds of scam calls. the only one with this cell number was the hospital . a woman answer like robo and said her name was joy and i had visit one of their sites and they wanted to give me a $100.00 reward card to spend at wal mart, a place i don't shop. this is b.s. bunch and scammers. i hung up and she never said the name of who she was with. beware just add to all the other scammers.
