Got a call yesterday (Nov. 10, 2016) in the evening from 773-482-5857. Caller ID showed Starnet, Inc. They left a voicemail message saying something about making money from home.
Anyone who dials your number will get through regardless of any list you might be on. That's not how the lists work. They require the caller to obtain the list and screen numbers they intend to call to see of they on the list before calling. Law abiding companies who make sales calls do indeed screen numbers before calling. That tells you all you need to know about any sales calls you do receive.
