Just got a call 1 minute ago from this number on my cell. I did not answer it. They did not leave a voicemail.
Obviously up to no good.

FInally answered this one just to tell them to remove my info. It's an automated dialer with a recording for an offer to "...lower your credit card rates".
I pressed 1 to get to a live person. I waited through a long gap between ring and the guy finally talking. From what I could understand through a very heavy accent, he started his spiel, but was saying someone else's name and information instead of mine. As soon as i interrupted and asked how to be removed, he hung up.
Multiple call backs all went to a fast busy intercept.
