received multiple calls but cannot call back

I received several calls from this number. No one says anything when answer. Shows it's from Chicago , IL.  I blocked the number

The caller hangs up when the call is answered. I received over a dozen calls from this number within a week. In one day, I received 3 calls from them, which is annoying.

Received 14 phone calls in five days from this number. No one there when I pick up, and you cannot return the call. Blocked the number.

I received several calls from this number and someone did speak to me. They claim to be landing club. But when I researched they are not when I addressed it to them. They say they are a peer to peer lender. I have no clue what that means. It appear to be some loan scam company.
