This number indeed has an automated male computer-type voice asking you to call back 773-654-4432. If you call during normal business hours you get a foreign sounding female who will tell you "this is the IRS"....this is one of the "you owe tax scams" we have been hearing about. They try to bully you into paying or going to jail. The IRS does not conduct business this way. Don't fall for it.
