This number has been calling me since yesterday and today two calls and about 25 texts.  I called back this number but is a male voice that is in the voice mail recording, I just want this to Stop, is very annoying.

this number keep calling me and won't talk, they keep text call back just stop

First call  IRS LAST CHANCE, i hung up, Second call NOTHING. We hung up!!!  Have blocked number
