called near noon today. no message left.

This number called me on 2/13/2011 at 6:01 p.m. and hung up without leaving a message.  It's too bad there's no information on them, but my best guess would be that they're scammers.

Caller ID says "CELLULAR CALL"
Recorded message asked our opinion of concealed carry for handguns in Illinois, giving no hint as to whether the caller is for or against such a proposal.
I'd suggest NEVER answering telephone surveys, especially when you don't know who's asking.

Called Sunday 2/15 at 6:25PM left no message.

Said they were from the Nigerian Lottery Winnings Department.  They wanted to deposit
money into our account.  BIG TIME ID THIEVES, SCAMMERS, ROBBERS.
