Have gotten several calls from this number with no messages

Received a call from this number twice this week. Picked up this time and could not understand the person on the other end.

Received two calls from this number. I have no idea who they are, why they are calling, or how they got my number but they do not even speak English.

I have received a couple of calls.  "Buenes Tardes, Senior............"   When I state that I don't speak Spanish, they hang up.  Don;t know if this is a fishing call to see if the number is active or what.

I have received calls from this number at least once a week for the past month or so, even though I have tried to block them. I have not answered any of the calls and they never leave a message. Apparently from what I have discovered upon researching this number is that they speak Spanish and are soliciting for others who also speak the language.
Sure wish the call blocking would work on my cell phone as I am tired of them calling me.
