received a call and no message

this number constantly called my phone and made nothing but noise. they constantly called after i requested for the calls to end.

Got call from Georgia resident, but that # show up on caller id.
Looks like more than just prank call, but possibility of Big Brother involvement.
Be careful, let the call form that number go to your answering machine, then decide on responding.
