they told i left my phone number on a note saying that i hit their car and scratch their car.. which i believe i didnt at all cause i was at home all day and i dont have a car.. they wanted my insurance information,

Maybe before you make a feeble attempt at typing something into your keyboard you could learn to speak, talk, and write in a complete and concise sentence?  What you put down makes less sense than what a 2 month old baby would write if they could.

this number called me and when i called back it was a pranked number.
