Yes, this number is 1st Financial Bank and relentless is a good word for it. I do owe them money. Have been working with a debt negotiation company to help resolve my credit card issues, but 1FB absolutely refuses to work with them. They continually call me 8 or 10 times a day. And once I block one number the calls start from another. It's borderline harassment.
