Who called from 7739450248

Automated call.  Left partial voicemail, probably started the recording before my message was finished.  Called back; line busy.  Not sure what this is, but high likelihood of debt collection/restructuring aimed at the person who had my phone number almost 8 years ago.  I'm on the Do Not Call list, but it seems not to help at all.

Called today at 2:33PM. Caller ID said UNKNOWN NAME and listed the phone number as 011 773 945 0248. Voicemail was left but only included phone number 773 945 0248.

Scam. "Cash Advance, unsecured loan, $10K, call 773 945 0248." Filing complaint with IL Attorney General. You do it too...

received message: "you have been approved for a loan, call us back at 773-945-0248"

Only left partial msg about paying for a processing amount to recieve a loan.
