This number has called my house numerous times over the past week. I do not know this person. They will call and just sit on the phone or I am assuming that is what they do; I cannot hear any noise at all on the phone...it is as if they are not on the line. They have called probably 20 times this past week. I live alone, so I know it isn't someone calling for my boyfriend, husband, or anything like that. It is very weird. I, of course, tell them to stop calling, but there is no one on the line, it doesn't sound like. It is obnoxious.
