Got 2 calls from this number today in late afternoon. No caller id. On 2nd call, message with strange sounding "hello" followed by banging--would say "butt dial" except the "hello" sounded like an intentional call.

Called at ~2:30 PM Eastern. Took the call because I was expecting an unknown number call. Non-native English speaker said, "Al-loh (Hello)." Then I couldn't understand what he was saying. Seemed like a genuine wrong number. But, then I checked my call blocker utility, and I had blocked this number in the past. I'm thinking it's a number close to mine, but when I see that others received these calls, I begin to wonder...
