This number called three times in two days and said they were "National Grid"  offering a Christmas special on my electric bill  -when asked for a name and other information they hang up -Finally during last call I told the person with the "thick Mideast accent" what I what I was doing with his mother and I hung up. Number is now blocked and no new calls -time will tell
