Who called from 7742782344

Clearly an illegally spoofed number.  The same credit card scam artist idiots as usual.

And the morons tried again.  This time, today at 1049 hours.  My call blocker disconnected the call.  I wouldn't have picked up anyway, especially when it's so blatantly a spoofed phone number.

And I just noticed that the idiot spoofed 351-278-2344 a half hour ago.  Not particularly subtle or bright, but what would one expect from criminals.
