I am reporting this number because who ever is doing this fraudulent act should be arrested. BE CAREFUL on HOTPADS.com if any honest family is looking for an affordable home, and wastes time thinking we found a nice home to raise our 16 month old in. We even went as far as going to look at some of these homes. Only for it to seem too good to be true, and you know what they say, "if it sounds like it, then it probably is." So I did a little research, and found out as soon as you view the post, inquire on it, try toponse go back and look at it online and it dissapears. Lost... so I google the addresses, to find out EVERY ONE of the homes were on the market FOR SALE. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!! Oh and by the way who ever this is says in ever respose they are a family who is in a differnt state or country. Like Kansas, Poland, West Africa, etc. So I looked up the phone number to find out this person lives in Wareham Massachusetts, and operating from a landline..I have never felt more sorry for those who fall for it, and end up kicked out or jailed, so because I was raised to do unto others as you would have others do unto you.... that's what I'm doing. This number was listed recently claiming to rent a home cheaply only that the home is actually under contract for sale! The listing is on Trulia (no less) and the number changed today to 646-397-1756 but the same email of [email protected].

Yes, same boo-hoo story of a missionary family out of the country, needs to rent the home to good people quickly and just sent 1 month + security deposit by Western Union and ta-dah, you get scammed.
