Who called from 7743262027

Called looking for my mom saying there was a court action against her. Don't know if this is a scam.

I was thinking the same thing at first, but I called them back, and they had a lot of verified information.  Then they helped to help me settle an outstanding business issue with a darn good solution.

If you get a call from this company hang up and don't give them any information. Got a call from a gentlemen name Chris Carter who said he worked in Haynes and Associates mediation department. Number comes up from Wareham, MA. First off the number is a Voip line. Second they claim to be Haynes and Associates, but Haynes and Associates isn't a law firm in the Boston Area. They are a bunch of scammers trying to get your personal information. Don't fall for it. Oh and a law firm doesn't call you to tell you that they are filing a lawsuit on behalf of someone.

They seem to be a collection agency. Called and tried to get information on one of my old employees.

I'm confused. I got scammed? I paid a bill? Are you a victim of a scam if you pay a bill you on?
