This person claimed to be our newspaper company and that our credit card no longer works and they needed a new number. After giving us personal infomation we decdied this was questionable but concerning. We decided to tell them to cancel our account and they conveniently had to tranfer our call and then it dropped! This was a scam and we reported it to the newspaper company. Beware.

Receiving several calls a day, called back, all operators are busy???? I left a msg telling them they need to call me since I left a msg, which they were not courteous enough to do. I called again after about two hours, and the operators are all still busy.
