I've been getting calls from this number too starting around 9:45AM 11/26 and have called 3 times since then. I answered one of the times and it was silent before they hung up. I tried calling the number back and music played and "please hold for next available representative" then it goes on to say that I have the chance to win money if I press 1.
I've been getting numerous calls from this number for the past few days when I answer no one says anything and when I call it back it rings and then a message saying my call can not be answered at this time comes on. It's fricken annoying !! What the hell!!!
