I had what showed a collect call from them at 12:21pm yesterday so I returned the call and the woman answered Time Warner Cable and she said they never call anyone for any reason.She seemed legit.
It's more fun calling them out on it especially when they say that your computer has a virus. I will talk to them in a ignorant way because that's what they are and they will get mad and hangup on you.Its even more fun when they talk in such a thick accent and you talk a completely different way than you normally do.
