Yes. He keeps calling our place of work looking for an employee who works here. He is relentless, his calls far surpass harassment. We have actually had to get the police involved because he began issuing personal attacks and threats to the staff who refused to let him speak with the person he called for. He has an Indian accent.
Please if you get any calls from the # 774-463-0467, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, report this to the FTC, at http://www.ftc.gov/, it is important that we do so. that is the only way we might be able to get these people. The guy calls my job like 50 times, and does not stop, he is very heavy Indian accent,
He calls from so many different #’s saying that if I do not pay he will file a legal court complaint against me, get me arrested, and even get me fired from my job if I do not pay the monies he claims I owe.
Please do not hesitate and file a COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC, AND THE consumer protection agency, UNK as the Attorney General IN YOUR State,
This is a BIG SCAM, and its illegal what they are doing.
I get these calls also. They are claiming that I took out a payday loan from advance cash. I do remember taking out a loan but have included this in my bankructy. I think this is how they got my info, because it was an online payday loan. These people would not listen. They just keep calling my cell and job. I'm am going to call the corporate office to try and find out more info., but in the meantime I'm going to report this to the ftc. If they didn't have my work number I wouldnt be so concerned, it is so embarrasing when they call my job. I really think that online payday loan is how they got my personal info. I hate this and will never ever ever take out another online payday loan again, I've learned my listen. Please Beware.
