This number called my DNC listed landline tonight at 1731 hours. A prerecorded message began, "Hello. This is President Bill Clinton," or maybe it said former President. "I'm calling on behalf of..." I disconnected. I have no idea who "Clinton" - or a Clinton impersonator - was stumping for and I don't care. Spam phone calls are not going to change my mind about anything or make me more prone to vote for a particular person. When I tried to do a reverse lookup of the phone number, it showed "Uxbridge", the town in which I live, and that it's VoIP, which makes me think the number may have been spoofed. All the more reason to hang up on the call. Of course, it may not have been a political in nature. I didn't listen long enough to determine the nature of the call.
