Who called from 7745490957

I got a text regarding a MacBook I have for sale on Craigslist but no reply once I responded.  Is this spam?  They did send me an email address of [email protected] however.

I just received a text from this same number regarding a post on Craigslist also and I have them same email address.  I haven't had a response yet to me reply.

If you google the email address it comes up with nothing but craigslist scams

Calls cell but no message. Sounds like a scam based on comments.
