Scam, Scam, Scam.... Will attempt to have you download a remote access package so that they can view your computer. They mistakenly didn't hang up the phone after I told them where to go. I listened to an hour regarding how they were tricking people into believing that they were fixing their computer. Don't be duped by letting them scan your PC while looking of credentials to your bank account.
