Got several calls from this number. First time I answered and there was nothing but someone horsing around talking gibberish and claimed they were from the water company and my bill was over due and I needed to pay it with a green dot card. Ummmm...scammer. I hung up and they kept calling. I kept declining the call in hopes they would leave a message but nope. Any ways just a scammer trying to scare people into giving them money.
