so i just got a call from this number and the girl said her name was Jackie.  she asked for my dead father.  when i told her he was dead she hung up on me.  so i called the number back and it sounded like i called a fax machine.  ggrrrrr

phone rings, you answer, nobody responds...finally it disconnects.
callback gives you the FAX number dialing tones only.

I heard a girl laughing, probably a recording

This number called my mother. Wants to set up free chimney cleaning for her. I think they are scammers targeting the elderly. Claims to be a company call All State Chimey
