I've started receiving phone calls from several different numbers, all with a message that says I am being sued by the IRS, or my actions are now being watched. I've had this phone number for several years; why am I receiving these annoying phone calls now? I literally get a little nervous each time I get a message, until I return the call and it's "not in service." Now that I've come to this website, I'm SO relieved to know that it's all just crap! (I'm just too naive, I guess)!
called this number. Stated was the IRS and they sent letters to my address in January and April demanding payment. Wanted me to confirm my address. I called him out on his scam and he told me to listen to him, and that I was in deep trouble. I told him, no, he is in deep trouble. He hung up on me.
