Who called from 7748283686

A friend of mine has been being harassed by someone from this same number claiming they are trying to reach me and that I owe a debt and they are going to take me to court??  What is up with this number??

I received a call from them and called it back, it is an automated message, female, with an accest of possibly asian (?) that says "2v5 thank you" twice and then goes to a busy signal.

No idea what that's about.

Oh, and yes, I received it on my new iPhone, just got it two days ago.  I don't recall ever getting calls from this number on my old phone.  Hmmm

i have an iphone 4s and i am getting calls from these people. i already changed my number but they are still callimng me  help me

I keep getting harassing messages from this number, and when i say frequently, i mean about 4-6 times a day. i am getting VERY pissed off about it and will track someone down.  if anyone has any leads let me know. i just got an iphone through Sprint and i am NOT a happy customer
