If set up properly it should give you a callback number of your drs office. I am currently setting this up for our practice! Let your doctor know if you want removed from the calling list, as the receptionist should know how to remove you.

I am going to guess that someone does not know how to set up their EMR program. At that hour of the morning I can only guess why!!
