I got a message from this number from somebody claiming to be Linda Shaw, she said she had a friend named Mike coming in from Australia who needed me to take care of his dog and run a few errands for him every week.  I e mailed him to see if it was legit, and everything seemed fine, but I think it might be a scam.

I did too!!!! I put my information on care.com and this Linda Shaw "person" said the same thing about  Mike Cox was coming down from Australia who needed to take care of his dog.  If you receive an email with this information, DO NOT RESPOND AND IT PROBABLY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am relocating to The USA from Australia so i will like to know
Which area or city do you live in?. I recently got a contract with a company on a private research job. However, i need someone that will help in running some few errands and pet sitting.

I need someone to work 3 days per week 4 hours per day, someone that is matured either young or old, loves pets, reliable and punctual. You will take care of a yr old Australian Terrier for three days a week and will have to take him on a walk, give him a bath, meals, brush his hair and make him comfortable while we are away.

Responsibilities for him will be to look after him, feed him meals, bath, keep him clean and safe. My pet is my life so i entrust you to give him the best care..

I will be offering you $460 weekly, i will be needing your services for 4 hours at any suitable time of yours between  Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Yup got the same thing. I've recieved messages like this before except different person claiming to know someone who's moving to the US from Australia. Sorry not falling for it. These type of people should be tracked and then arrested for scamming inocent people. A lot of people are gulibal and its a sad truth. Its easy to believe someone when you are desprite for money. I would like to believe that some things are not a scam on the internet. Dishonesty is all around us. Be careful out there.

I got the same exact thing, only difference was she said it was her friend "Mr. Roger" and that "he's a nice person........" The email said James Roger. I get texts like this all the time and it has got to be spam. Especially because I live in North Carolina and all of these numbers are coming in from Alabama, New York, Wyoming, and this one Mass. DO NOT TRUST.
