Answered the call and the caller was apparently in some busy place based on the background (call center perhaps, but it sounded more random than that, like a busy public place). I said "hello" and caller said "hello?" as if they could not hear me. I repeated my greeting and they said "hello" again and then hung-up. I am assuming it was just a mis-dial.
