No message just dead air three times in 60 seconds... Have to assume it still the owner of this number as the previous report form 2014.

Missed the call on Monday 8/22/16 @ 17:21hrs. Called the number and after 3 rings a recorded male voice says, "Thank you for taking part in this political survey."  then the call ends.
