I have been searching all over Rent.com and Zillow for a place to rent in the Maine and New Hampshire area. This morning around 9 am I received an email with very bad grammar and run on sentences. I'm not perfect by any means but this email was horrible. And to top it off, he had the nerve to text message me (I have no clue how he got my number). Email was reported and deleted text message is below.
"THIS is Eric J Correia regarding my house at 141 Ayers Cove Dr, Barrington, NH 03825,I want you to check your email because I have sent you the rental application form and get back to me asap."
This guy doesn't exist and the number seems fishy.
