Claimed to be someone from Google-Business saying that it was urgent. These comments confirm my suspicions about the seedy recording.

Some Pakistani guy just called me from this number.  He asked me if I would be interested in secretly doing gay stuff with him.  He said he would pay me too.  I hung up on him.  I reported this to the police and he has been under investigation, they told me that they have been spying on him.  I guess they will be revealing his identity very soon on a news program that targets scammers and thief's.  He's going to be so embarrassed in front of the whole country.

It is not right to make up stories to amuse yourself.  Karma will get you back for telling lie.

Got a missed call and when I called back, a recorder said, "If you want to put your number on the do not call list, push 1".

Returning the call and or pressing any button will likely increase the calls.
