Card holder services has dropped Bridgit. I didn't catch the name of the new guy. Bad connection. Maybe the cc scam business is not generating enough profit to afford decent phones.
Vincent from Cardholder Services trying to lower my interest rates. These idiots have been at this scam for YEARS and the FCC do not call laws have done nothing to resolve it. It used to be Rachel who robo-called, I guess Vincent is the new rep. Sheeesh.
Three calls from these people today; each one using a different origin number. One call even showed on caller ID as my own number. All automated calls that say from cardholder services. But when I press "1" to speak to rep, a live person answers. I tell them each time to take my number off their call list. Is there a way to stop these jokers?
No, I have been trying for years. I even asked AT&T to trace their number but they only give police the spoofed number. When I requested the billing detail record, she said I needed a court subpoena. I also get a call daily on my cell phone.
