Got a text message from this number, promising to send me an iPad2 to the first 1000 mobile users that go to exclusivecelldeals.com and put in some code to qualify. There is an option to opt-out at celloptout.com, but I'm not confident that's a real site: probably just a way to get more numbers to harass.
I am on the do not call list. Typically when I call back, I get a notice that the call is forwarded to somewhere else, with a voice mailbox that's full, or hasn't been set up yet.
