I have not ever filled out an loan app. My daughter's credit card was one of the ones stolen from Target. She's got the same first name as I do. We've gotten several random calls since the Target data theft asking for that same first name.
Cash Net USA is a legitimate company. I have gotten a loan from them and they do not ask for any money up front. But they do charge very high interest rate. They are actually one of the better payday loan companies that I have dealt with in the past. I wont go into which ones are worse.
